Lime Tart - November a la Tarte

I was so excited when Philippa over at Lime Tart asked me to play with the a la Tarte this month (hooray for a sideways promotion ;) ).

This is the first project I created using the floaty, spring-inspired kit; a little goodie bag and tag set.
